I've been reading posts and articles on how to get back into the running mode after pregnancy hoping to get some tips and motivation to get moving and to that I say "Fu**k!"
Olive is finally settled into a night time schedule of nursing at 10, 3 and 5. Even getting up at five isn't enough to get out the door and back with enough time unless Major also gets up. Need to try this next week so I don't have to work out during lunch at work.
It's too hot in the early evening to go running and during the day is out out the question. So much for the tips offered. Suckas. Oh, wait. That's me..
